MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION FOR MEMBERS THAT HAVE SIGNED UP PRIOR TO: SEPTEMBER 6TH, 2012

PURCHASER cancellations only apply to recurring membership levels that commenced BEFORE September 6th, 2012, automatically renew at the end of each membership cycle, and were paid for with a credit card.

PURCHASER may cancel membership at any time within the stated (3) day trial period or at any time after the stated trial period.

Note: Once cancellation request has been submitted by PURCHASER, and the request falls outside of the (3) day trial period, your access to the private membership area and/or membership privileges will continue until the end of the membership cycle which you have purchased; PURCHASERS membership will no longer automatically renew.

PURCHASER agrees and understands that membership must be cancelled prior to the upcoming month’s recurring membership billing charge in order to stop the upcoming billing cycle. PURCHASER agrees and understands that once the monthly membership charge is billed to PURCHASER and processed by COMPANY, PURCHASERS charge for that month becomes non refundable. Furthermore, PURCHASER agrees and understands that all cancellation requests must be submitted to COMPANY (7) days prior to PURCHASERS upcoming month’s recurring membership charge in order to be valid.

PURCHASER may cancel membership at any time within the stated (3) day trial period or at any time after the stated trial period.

Note: Once cancellation request has been submitted by PURCHASER, and the request falls outside of the (3) day trial period, membership access to the private membership area and/or membership privileges will continue until the end of the membership cycle which you have purchased.

PURCHASER agrees and understands that membership must be cancelled during the (3) day trial period in order for PURCHASER to be eligble for full refund; PURCHASER agrees and understands that membership must be cancelled during the (3) day trial period in order to stop the upcoming second and final installment charge. PURCHASER agrees and understands that once the second and final installment membership charge is billed to PURCHASER and processed by COMPANY, PURCHASERS charge for 12 months of membership access becomes non refundable. Furthermore, PURCHASER agrees and understands that all cancellation requests must be submitted to COMPANY during the (3) day trial period only in order to be considered valid.
